To stimulate research by members of the ANZFSS (WA Branch) and to allow them to present their findings to the biannual ANZFSS symposium.

• The research must have academic merit
• Applicants will have been financial members of the ANZFSS (WA Branch) for at least 12 months prior to the awarding of the scholarship
• The research package must be presented to the WA Branch, prior to the symposium

Every two years two scholarships are awarded for members to attend and present poster and/or lecture material to the symposium.

Financial support is provided to cover economy airfares and other travel costs, within the range of $500 – $600 per grant. Applicants must disclose all funding from other sources.

Three weeks prior to last date of acceptance of abstracts for the symposium.

Selection and awarding of scholarships is at the sole discretion of the committee of ANZFSS (WA Branch).
