Welcome to the New ANZPAA-NIFS Meeting Registration and Airline Booking Form.

This Form will enable the electronic provision of registration and flight booking data to ANZPAA-NIFS, removing the need to track a hard copy faxed form.

The authorisation process has been simplified. The pre-set “Send To” buttons allow for easy redirection of the form via email by both meeting attendees and managers. It also allows for the retention of an electronic copy for audit purposes.

Instructions:

Meeting Attendee:

  1. Enter Meeting Details
     
  2. Select whether you require Registration, Flights or Both.
     
  3. Under the Authorisation section, Click the  button to denote confirmation of details and Enter the date .
     

If you only require registration, forward the form to you manager by clicking on the  button (located at the top and bottom of the form).                        

  1. Enter your flight details

NB: When entering the date, a calendar will be displayed to allow for ease of entry.

  1. Forward the form to you manager by Clicking on the  button (located at the top and bottom of the form).

NB: The details you have entered will be saved into the form and placed in an email as an attachment, ready for you to enter your Managers email address.

Manager:

  1. Review the details received by the meeting attendee.
     
  1. If all details are correct and you endorse the registration and flight booking, Select the  button
  1. Enter the date  and your name
  1. Click  the  button

NB: This will automatically forward the form with all entered details directly to the ANZPAA-NIFS Secretariat.
